The Janus Queer Games are the all-gender multisport & cultural event in Cologne, organized by the queer popular sports club SC Janus e. V.
Also in 2025 we want to invite sports enthusiasts in the disciplines volleyball, badminton, martial arts, running, soccer, athletics, hiking.
This time on two competition days!

So grab your pom-poms, make your way to one of our competition venues and become part of this event. We haven’t even told you the best part yet: Admission is free!
The party on Saturday is also open to everyone. Tickets can be purchased via the registration form. The brunch on Sunday is also open to everyone.

Organizing such a large event for a non-profit association and with exclusively volunteer organizers is not possible without support. That’s why we appreciate every helping hand.
Volunteering is one of the main pillars of the Janus Queer Games, which makes our event a success. Dozens of volunteers do their bit to make this festival an unforgettable experience. Perhaps you would also like to become part of our team?
Many of our volunteers have been passionate about SC Janus for years, which has created a family-like bond. As a thank you for your commitment, you will receive a goodie from us as well as catering during your service. A lot of fun and a warm invitation to a thank-you party for our volunteers round off the whole thing.
We can use your support in many different areas. Be it with accreditation for the opening, catering for our athletes during the competition day, packing goodie bags in the run-up to the event or setting up and dismantling the sports equipment. There are a few other small tasks for which we need you.

2024, the II. Janus Queer Games attracted over 800 participants to Cologne, who competed in 5 sports disciplines and then celebrated together at a sports party and brunch.
In addition to volleyball, badminton, martial arts, running, soccer and athletics, we will be offering tennis and hiking in 2025. We are once again expecting over 850 guests from all over Europe.
