Das Tennisturnier findet als Einzelkonkurrenz in verschiedenen Leveln (Spielstärken) A-C statt. Wir werden eine Nebenrunde für die verlierende Person der ersten Spielrunde der Hauptrunde anbieten, so dass jede Person garantiert zwei Einzelspiele spielen wird.
Auf der Anlage werden wir 8 Sandplätze zur Verfügung haben. Bitte entsprechende Schuhe für Sandplätze (rote Asche) tragen.

Wird die Teilnahme bis zu 60 Tagen vor der Veranstaltung abgesagt, werden die Gebühren nach Veranstaltungsende erstattet. Bei einer Absage bis zu 30 Tagen vor Beginn werden 15 Euro Bearbeitungsgebühr fällig.
Bei Absage bis zwei Wochen vor Kursbeginn erstattet der Veranstaltende 50 Prozent des Betrags. Bei einer späteren Absage oder Nichterscheinen ist der gesamte Beitrag zu entrichten. Das Bereitstellen einer Ersatzperson ist jederzeit möglich.
Registration
The tennis tournament will be held as a singles competition in different levels A–C. We will offer a consolation round for players who lose their first match in the main draw, ensuring that each participant gets to play at least two singles matches.
We will have 8 clay courts available at the venue. Please wear appropriate shoes for clay courts (red clay).

If participation is canceled up to 60 days before the event, the fees will be refunded after the end of the event. If you cancel up to 30 days before the start of the course, a processing fee of 15 Euros will be charged.
For cancellations up to two weeks before the start of the course, the organizer will refund 50 percent of the fee. In the event of a later cancellation or no-show, the entire fee must be paid. It is possible to provide a substitute at any time.
