Registrierung
Das Turnier findet an zwei Tagen statt. Es wird ein Doppel- und ein Einzel- und Mixed-Turnier geben.
Beim Doppelturnier solltest Du wissen, mit wem du zusammenspielen willst, da dies bei der Registrierung abgefragt wird. Du und dein*e Spielpartner*in solltet euch einig sein, in welchem Level ihr antreten wollt.
Sollte der*die Partner*in aus dem Doppel zusätzlich Einzel spielen, muss diese*r sich separat fürs Einzel anmelden und bezahlt hier nur die Gebühr von 10 Euro. Wichtig: Es muss die gleiche Mail-Adresse angeben werden, die bei der Doppelanmeldung verwendet wurde.

Zuschauende sind am Spielort willkommen.
Verpflegung
Während des Turniers wird euch kostenfrei Obst und Snacks zur Verfügung gestellt.
Bitte bringt eine eigene Trinkflasche zum Auffüllen in der Halle mit.

Wird die Teilnahme bis zu 60 Tagen vor der Veranstaltung abgesagt, werden die Gebühren nach Veranstaltungsende erstattet. Bei einer Absage bis zu 30 Tagen vor Beginn werden 15 Euro Bearbeitungsgebühr fällig.
Bei Absage bis zwei Wochen vor Kursbeginn erstattet der Veranstaltende 50 Prozent des Betrags. Bei einer späteren Absage oder Nichterscheinen ist der gesamte Beitrag zu entrichten. Das Bereitstellen einer Ersatzperson ist jederzeit möglich.
Registration
The tournament will take place over two days. There will be a doubles tournament and a singles and mixed tournament.
For the doubles tournament, you should know who you want to play with, as this will be asked when you register. You and your partner should agree on which level you want to play at.
If the partner from the doubles also plays singles, they must register separately for singles and only pay the fee of 10 euros. Important: You must enter the same e-mail address that was used for the doubles registration.

Spectators are welcome at the venue.
Catering
Fruit and snacks will be provided free of charge during the tournament.
Please bring your own water bottle to fill up in the hall.
Conditions of participation

If participation is canceled up to 60 days before the event, the fees will be refunded after the end of the event. If you cancel up to 30 days before the start of the course, a processing fee of 15 Euros will be charged.
For cancellations up to two weeks before the start of the course, the organizer will refund 50 percent of the fee. In the event of a later cancellation or no-show, the entire fee must be paid. It is possible to provide a substitute at any time.
