Einzelmeldungen erfolgen nach Altersklassen sowie nach Geschlecht Männlich, Weiblich und All Gender.
Vor Ort am Tag des Wettbewerbs kannst du dich für die verschiedenen Disziplinen anmelden.

Verpflegung
Während des Turniers wird Euch kostenfrei Wasser und Snacks zur Verfügung gestellt.

Geplant sind folgende Disziplinen:
- 100 Meter Lauf
- Weitsprung
- Kugelstoßen
- Hochsprung
- 400 Meter Lauf
Dies entspricht dem ersten Tag des Zehnkampfes zum Reinschnuppern.
Der Wettbewerb ist kein offizieller DLV-Wettbewerb.
Die Leistungen werden anhand der Altersfaktoren-Tabelle der WMA im Punkten umgerechnet. Es findet eine gemeinsame Wertung statt.
Bei ausreichend Teilnehmenden findet ein Pendel-Staffellauf statt.

Wird die Teilnahme bis zu 60 Tagen vor der Veranstaltung abgesagt, werden die Gebühren nach Veranstaltungsende erstattet. Bei einer Absage bis zu 30 Tagen vor Beginn werden 15 Euro Bearbeitungsgebühr fällig. Bei Absage bis zwei Wochen vor Kursbeginn erstattet der Veranstaltende 50 Prozent des Betrags. Bei einer späteren Absage oder Nicht-Erscheinen ist der gesamte Beitrag zu entrichten. Das Bereitstellen einer Ersatzperson ist jederzeit möglich.

Individual entries are made by age group and by gender (male, female and all genders).
You can register for the various disciplines on the day of the competition.

The following disciplines are planned:
- 100 Meter Run
- Long Jump
- Shot Put
- High Jump
- 400 Meter Run
This corresponds to the first day of the decathlon as a taster.
The competition is not an official DLV competition.
The performances are converted into points using the WMA age factor table. There will be a joint evaluation.
If there are enough participants, a Shuttle Relay will take place.

If participation is canceled up to 60 days before the event, the fees will be refunded after the end of the event. If you cancel up to 30 days before the start of the course, a processing fee of 15 Euros will be charged. For cancellations up to two weeks before the start of the course, the organizer will refund 50 percent of the fee. In the event of a later cancellation or no-show, the entire fee must be paid. It is possible to provide a substitute at any time.
