Registrierung
Im Volleyball erfolgt die Registrierung in Teams. Die teamverantwortliche Person meldet das Team zunächst mit einem Teamnamen an. Danach haben alle Teammitglieder die Möglichkeit, sich unter diesem Teamnamen anzumelden.
Sollte eine Staffel ausgebucht sein, wird es die Möglichkeit geben, sich auf eine Warteliste setzen zu lassen.
Das All Gender-Turnier findet am Samstag und Sonntag statt, das FLINTA*-Turnier am Samstag.

Organisation und Regeln
Das Volleyballturnier wird nach den aktuellen internationalen Volleyballregeln mit Zeitbegrenzung gespielt. Wir spielen in den Staffeln:
All Gender: A/B + C + D
FLINTA*
In jeder Staffel wird es eine Gruppenphase mit anschließenden Finalspielen geben. Für eine Zulassung zum Turnier ist eine zwingende Teamstärke von mindestens 6 Teammitgliedern nötig.
First come, first serve: Die maximale Anzahl der teilnehmenden Teams ist begrenzt, daher entscheidet die Reihenfolge der eingehenden Anmeldungen über die Teilnahme.
Eine Anmeldung ist erst gültig, wenn sich innerhalb einer Woche mindestens 6 Personen im Team angemeldet haben. Andernfalls rutscht euer Team auf die Warteliste.
In allen Staffeln sind auch Anmeldungen als Einzelperson möglich.

Wird die Teilnahme bis zu 60 Tagen vor der Veranstaltung abgesagt, werden die Gebühren nach Veranstaltungsende erstattet. Bei einer Absage bis zu 30 Tagen vor Beginn werden 15 Euro Bearbeitungsgebühr fällig.
Bei Absage bis zwei Wochen vor Kursbeginn erstattet der Veranstaltende 50 Prozent des Betrags. Bei einer späteren Absage oder Nichterscheinen ist der gesamte Beitrag zu entrichten. Das Bereitstellen einer Ersatzperson ist jederzeit möglich.
Registration
In volleyball, registration will be done by team. The team captain first registers the team with a team name. Then all team members have the opportunity to register under this team name.
If a relay team is fully booked, it will be possible to be placed on a waiting list.
The All Gender tournament takes place on Saturdays and Sundays, the FLINTA* Tournament on Saturdays.

Catering
Organization and Rules
The volleyball tournament is played according to the current international volleyball rules with a time limit. We will play in the following divisions:
All Gender: A/B + C + D
FLINTA*
There will be a group phase followed by finals in each relay. A minimum of 6 team members is required for admission to the tournament.
First come, first serve: The maximum number of participating teams is limited, therefore the order in which registrations are received will determine participation.
A registration is only valid if at least 6 people have registered in the team within one week. Otherwise your team will be placed on the waiting list.
Registration as an individual is also possible in all relay teams.
Conditions of participation

If participation is canceled up to 60 days before the event, the fees will be refunded after the end of the event. If you cancel up to 30 days before the start of the course, a processing fee of 15 Euros will be charged.
For cancellations up to two weeks before the start of the course, the organizer will refund 50 percent of the fee. In the event of a later cancellation or no-show, the entire fee must be paid. It is possible to provide a substitute at any time.
